Africa Skills Hub (ASH) is a youth international non-governmental organization (INGO) based in Accra, Ghana and working throughout the African continent to build skilled African youth as agents of change through our social enterprise paradigm and grassroots  community development approaches.

Who we are

ASH is a youth focused incubator which offers a range of capacity building, empowerment and advocacy programs including entrepreneurship, women empowerment, and hands-on skills development to contribute to sustainable development.

Since 2016, We have impacted directly, over three hundred (300) young graduates to obtain skills and jobs; over two thousand (2000) small and medium enterprises provided with entrepreneurship training; over five thousand (5000) women empowered through our economic empowerment initiatives; and over twelve thousand five hundred (12500) empowered through community  dialogues and  engagements.

ASH is committed to pioneering a grassroot developmental approach with the youth at the forefront of implementing progressively the African Union's Agenda 2063 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030  1 – No Poverty, 4 – Quality Education, 5 – Gender Equality, 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and 17 – Partnerships for the SDGs through various forms of education, entrepreneurship and engagement.
